EdgeShift is a productized service + toolchain for moving WordPress-backed sites to a modern, fast static frontend and running ongoing changes through a governed workflow.

Current wedge: WordPress → Astro on Cloudflare Pages.

What you get

• An Astro repo you own (Git source of truth)
• Cloudflare Pages deploys with PR previews
• A migration pipeline that converts WP content/media into the repo
• An ongoing Change Lane where every request ships as PR → preview → approve → deploy

What EdgeShift is not (v1)

• A full “everything WordPress can do” runtime replacement
• WooCommerce/runtime parity
• Pixel-perfect page-builder reproduction (Elementor/Divi) unless scoped as redesign
